Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. 

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Uganda. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we deliver to your location.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within Kampala: 1–2 business days
  • Other regions in Uganda: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Damaged Items on Arrival If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
